Johara is a versatile and visionary art director and painter based in Cape Town, celebrated for her multifaceted contributions to the creative industry.

With a career spanning production design, costume fabrications and mural painting, Johara has established herself as an adaptable force in the visual arts space.

“As artists, we have no innate talent — just an intrusive obsession with problem solving and progressively getting better at it project after project. To me, a blank canvas is a problem.”
