3. Orders & Availability
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pre-orders & Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is unavailable, you will be notified and given the option to wait, choose an alternative, or receive a refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (where applicable).
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.
- We accept payment methods displayed at checkout (including credit/debit cards, EFT, and other secure payment gateways).
5. Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery times and costs vary depending on your delivery address and shipping method selected.
- We aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.
- International Orders: We do not allow for International orders at present, but are working on a solution to facilitate this in the future.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:
- Customers may return goods within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or if you are unhappy with your purchase.
- To initiate a return, please email info@thelab.care
- Refunds will be issued once the returned goods are received and inspected. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Unless goods are defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the property of TSF Group Ltd. and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability

Product Disclaimer: Our cleaning and care products are designed for specific use cases. Please follow instructions carefully. We are not liable for misuse or damage caused by failure to follow guidelines.

Customers’ payment details are handled securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card information.
